About The Position
The Production Supervisor will lead and train production employees to achieve shift goals in safety, quality, production, packaging, and maintenance. This role requires close coordination with other departments to ensure production targets are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. The supervisor will collaborate with the operations team to manage staffing needs, establish and track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on labor efficiency and cost control. The position also involves maintaining clear communication with employees and serving as the primary point of contact for operators facing mechanical or process-related issues.
