About The Position
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing production processes and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This role involves monitoring cleanliness and hygiene standards, leading and supervising production associates, and conducting performance evaluations. The supervisor will also enforce quality control standards, manage inventory, and identify opportunities for process optimization. Safety compliance is a critical aspect of this position, requiring the supervisor to promote safety protocols and conduct regular training for production personnel. Effective communication with cross-functional partners is essential to ensure smooth operations, along with training and developing new employees. The supervisor will also address production-related issues, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate equipment maintenance, and maintain accurate production records and reports.
