We’re looking for a Production Supervisor – Assembly who brings both technical expertise and strong leadership to our growing Assembly team.
What You’ll Do
This is a working supervisor position. You’ll lead from the floor while actively participating in complex assembly operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in assembly or fabrication (aerospace preferred)
• 3+ years of hands-on complex assembly experience
• Strong blueprint reading and technical interpretation skills
• Experience with torque tools, measuring devices, pneumatic/hydraulic tools, cranes, and material handling equipment
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Root Cause Analysis
• Strong ERP experience (Epicor a plus)
• Ability to lead in a regulated manufacturing environment
• This role supports work subject to ITAR regulations. Applicants must meet U.S. person requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Aerospace, Defense, Medical, or other highly regulated industries is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform and troubleshoot complex component, electrical, and final assemblies
• Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and bills of material
• Validate first-round builds and ensure quality compliance
• Lead daily production activities and prioritize workflow
• Mentor and develop assembly team members
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Production Control to meet customer commitments
• Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
• Monitor quality metrics (scrap, rework, SPC, efficiency) and lead corrective actions
• Maintain a clean, organized 5S environment
• Promote a strong safety culture
