Project Kuiper is seeking a Production Supervisor to join the Space Hardware and Environmental Test team. This role will report to the Value Stream Leader and work closely with them to supervise a technician team that manufactures and tests space hardware. The individual will have strong leadership skills and be required to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment where communication and organization will be critical. This position will also utilize a variety of analytical tools as well as aid in creating a variety of laboratory procedures which they will help to draft and maintain. This will require supervisory duties as well as working as an operator in the manufacturing facility.
