About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and output goals Ensure adherence to operational standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement Support and coach team members, promoting engagement and development Monitor production metrics and proactively address performance gaps Collaborate across functions to optimize scheduling, inventory, and workflow
Requirements
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Clear and confident communicator with sound decision-making skills
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions
- Skilled in promoting safety and regulatory compliance throughout operations
- Proven capacity to manage priorities and adapt to dynamic production demands
