About The Position

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities in an industrial or manufacturing setting
  • Clear and confident communicator with sound decision-making skills
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions
  • Skilled in promoting safety and regulatory compliance throughout operations
  • Proven capacity to manage priorities and adapt to dynamic production demands
