About The Position
Wheatland Tube, a division of Zekelman Industries, seeks a Production Supervisor 3rd shift for our location in Rochelle, Illinois, reporting to the Operations Manager. The Production Supervisor will ensure adherence to safety policies, direct the hourly workforce, promote safety awareness, drive quality objectives, facilitate equipment set-up, troubleshoot operational problems, manage staffing requirements, and lead communication meetings with the production team. This role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency and quality standards in the manufacturing process.
