About The Position
As a member of the Heat Transfer & Energy Solutions group, you will be responsible for providing overall leadership and direction to the assigned area by ensuring the safe and efficient performance of the facilities, employees, and operations. You will maintain the discipline of employees, set work schedules, maintain policies, provide coaching to team leads and operators, and uphold Wabtec Values. This position will report directly to the Manufacturing Site Lead of the Young Touchstone Lexington, TN facility.
