In this role, you will ensure that production lines are running efficiently while actively working with a continuous improvement mindset. You will be responsible for maintaining product quality parameters and planning and organizing tasks effectively. Additionally, you will oversee safety and sanitation practices, including daily housekeeping for the shift, ensuring compliance with plant Good Manufacturing Processes, conducting safety audits, and monitoring food safety and quality plans. Reporting any food safety and quality issues to management is also a key responsibility. You will be involved in project work, ensuring timely completion of objectives and preparing daily production, operating, and efficiency reports. Line start-ups and shutdowns will also be part of your duties.
