About The Position

We are hiring a 3rd Shift production supervisor to lead our manufacturing operation. You will report to the Business Unit manager and work with a team of 550 employees where we produce our delicious Libby's Vienna Sausage, VanCamps Baked Beans, Wendy's chili, Healthy Choice Soups, Hunt's Manwich and Spaghetti Sauces and so much more.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; ideally a bachelor's degree in food science, Agricultural Sciences, or other Natural Science.
• 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Availability to work weekends or off-shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach employees on their job responsibilities on the production floor.
• Ensure that all resources are available to maintain efficient production schedules.
• Support the plant's continuous improvement goals in Safety, Quality, Cost and Customer Service.
• Enforce plant rules, regulations and procedures.
• Promote a high level of compliance to defined employee safety and quality requirements.
