The position assures production schedule is met by planning daily work and training activities in shop, maintaining accurate material inventory levels, and supervising employees.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, or equivalent, and/or relevant work experience.
• Working knowledge of ISO Quality standards as it pertains to the production process.

Responsibilities

• Assign personnel, establish and communicate priorities, goals and job expectations.
• Resolve problems and issues, and communicate information and results to management.
• Maintain a clean, safe and productive work environment by assuring that operators receive proper training and have adequate resources.
• Enforce established policies and procedures.
• Assure all production and quality related documents are properly filled out and filed or saved.
• Maintain compliance with ISO standards.
• Monitor and assure accuracy of production related materials.
• Suggest, initiate and/or fully participate in process improvement activities or projects.
• Follow all company guidelines and policies.
• Improve technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and seminars.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
