The Production Supervisor oversees daily operations in a manufacturing unit, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role is responsible for managing production schedules, supervising team members, and implementing process improvements while ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
