About The Position

The position involves supervising shifts while producing fiberglass products according to the schedule. The supervisor is responsible for attaining production goals set by the Plant Manager and motivating employees to perform at their best in a professional manner. Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and maintaining accurate production data are critical aspects of the role. The supervisor will also hold departmental meetings to discuss updates or changes in company policies and procedures. Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory, and adherence to all NOV Company policies, HSE policies, and Quality policies is required. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in all aspects of the manufacturing process
• Forklift license

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift while producing fiberglass products as scheduled
• Attain production goals as specified by Plant Manager
• Motivate employees to give maximum efforts in professional manner
• Ensure that all safety procedures are being followed
• Maintain weekly employee attendance records
• Maintain accurate production data
• Hold departmental meetings as needed to discuss updates and/or changes in company policies, procedures, goals, etc.
• Wear appropriate PPE
• Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and procedures
• Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures
• Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
