The 2nd Shift Supervisor is responsible for operational performance of the Dayton facility on 2nd shift, the leadership of team members, and execution of business needs. Parker Lord's Dayton facility manufactures passive vibration mounts for commercial and military aerospace applications. We pride ourselves in differentiating from our competitors by providing high technology solutions and the highest quality products. Our core competencies include machining and rubber-to-metal bonding, and we hold multiple industry and aerospace customer certifications, including AS9100 and NADCAP.
