The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of his or her assigned department. A Superintendent is expected to successfully manage the following, ensuring that dept goals are met, quality standard practices are being followed, GMP/SSOP and HACCP standards are understood, team member safety, and order fill expectations. Oversee all operations, food safety, product quality, and Team Member safety and training, to achieve accurate and efficient production throughput within Company established goals. With other key departments such as Customer Service, Maintenance, Sanitation and QA to ensure safe and efficient production.
