Highlights of your role Provide production teams and supervisors with clear leadership, coaching, and feedback that supports daily operations, long-term goals, and development opportunities Conduct regular walk -throughs with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency ; make real-time decisions to ensure continuous product flow Prepare staffing schedules, employee development plans, training materials, standard operating procedures, and reports regarding attendance, production, safety, and quality Monitor operational performance results, conduct root-cause analysis for performance misses, develop corrective action plans, and guide supervisors on improvements to support continuous progress toward key metrics Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives, Kaizen events, and waste reduction projects to enforce standard work, 5S , and process discipline Promote a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with safety requirements, maintaining OSHA incident rate, leading incident investigations, and implementing corrective actions Partner with maintenance to prioritize work orders by operational impact and ensure equipment abnormalities are logged and addressed You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) 5+ years of manufacturing, operations, or production management experience 2+ years of leadership and team supervision experience Strong understanding of flow principles, throughput optimization, and production scheduling Strong communication and conflict resolution skills Proficiency in basic computer systems (Excel, ERP, production reporting tools) Also want to make sure you have Experience in high-mix or high-volume manufacturing environments Lean/Continuous Improvement background (5S, Kaizen, Standard Work, Visual Management) Experience working with maintenance and reliability programs We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin From people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living. Requirements

  • 5+ years of manufacturing, operations, or production management experience
  • 2+ years of leadership and team supervision experience
  • Strong understanding of flow principles, throughput optimization, and production scheduling
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems (Excel, ERP, production reporting tools)
