About The Position
Pilgrim's is seeking Superintendent for our Broadway, VA Fresh Foods facility. The purpose of this role is to provide leadership for team members in specified area and shift, with primary responsibility for the direction of the workforce to achieve all safety, quality and operational goals as set forth by facility management. The Production Superintendent will manage in a fresh plant environment, overseeing all aspects of the processing area, utilizing knowledge of processing technology, methods, procedures, and capabilities of machines and equipment. This position will be responsible for 25-35 hourly employees.
