Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to operate or learn to use production machinery and tools.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
The role involves physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
The working environment includes exposure to varying temperatures and warehouse noise.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

Production Operations: Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
Assemble, inspect, and package products on the production line.
Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
Report any discrepancies or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
Verify Accuracy of the product to ensure accountability for all units.
Material Handling: Load raw materials into machines and move finished products to designated areas.
Maintain proper inventory levels on the production line.
Documentation and Reporting: Record production data, including output, downtime, and material usage.
Communicate progress and issues to team leaders or supervisors.
Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and wear required protective equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation to prevent accidents.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance or cleaning on production equipment.
Notify the maintenance team of any issues requiring repairs
Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care.
