About The Position
Join our Team: Production Specialist - 2nd Shift Watertown, SD . $1,000 Sign on Bonus $500 paid at 6 months of employment, $500 paid at 1 year of employment. Must be an active employee at time of payout to collect the bonus. Requirements
- High school diploma and/or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of manufacturing experience
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and 40-100 lbs. with assistance of others or lifting equipment provided
- Possess good mechanical aptitude
- Capable of using most hand tools
- Understand and follow verbal and written instructions
Responsibilities
- Manufacture fiberglass components to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Maintain clean work area and participate in 5S standards
- Troubleshoot basic issues and problems
- Compliance with all applicable occupational health and safety required
- Adhere to Terex safety policies and procedures
- Follow and promote The Terex Way Values
- Function as a team member and contribute to group goals while maintaining a positive attitude
- Perform other functions as needed
