Product Test Specialist - Santa Clara - 3rd/night shift
About The Position
Change the world. Love your job. About the job: Texas Instruments is looking for a Production Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be supporting the operation's environment at test lab site. In test/probe environment operates various ATE equipment and device handler in performing functions such as qualification, characterization, reliability, wafer probe, and device sample processes. This also includes laser marking, package inspection, device changes and/or tool kits setup. You will interface and communicate with engineering and business units across the lab to ensure all issues are solved appropriately and efficiently.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to follow work directions
- 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Teradyne Eagle and Ultra FLEX tester platforms, Accretech and TEL probers and ESMO Talos Handler a plus
- Self-driven with ability to identify and resolve issues to improve execution and performance
- Excellent organizational, teaming and troubleshooting skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to learn additional tasks
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results

Responsibilities
- Ability to work with team members, lab technicians, and business unit engineers
- Collaborate effectively with people in different functions
- Follow technical instructions outlined in Engineering Work Order (EWO) / Special Work Requests (SWR)
- Ensure that all documented information is correct and entered in a timely manner
- Record process observations and summary findings in the EWO/SWR reports
- Follow established lab specifications and procedures
