About The Position

3M Health Care is now Solventum Solventum is seeking Production Specialist candidates to join our team in Columbia MO! Shift: 3rd Shift (Sunday Night – Friday Morning; 11:30pm – 7:30am) Starting Pay: $27.21/hour + Shift Differentials Pay Increase after 6 months to $27.87/hour Pay Increase after 12 months to $28.55/hour At Solventum, we enable better, smarter, safer healthcare to improve lives. The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Production Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Leading operations and serving as a Subject Matter Expert on equipment and processes. Performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electronic, robotic, and chemical systems. Driving Continuous Improvement initiatives focused on Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and Engagement. Supporting production experiments, maintaining accurate process documentation, and partnering with maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues. Ensuring compliance with safety standards (LOTO, PPE) Providing Team Leader tasks on a backup/as needed basis Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start)
• Three (3) years’ manufacturing experience
• One (1) year performing in a lead role in a manufacturing environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
