As a Production Specialist, you’ll be part of the North American B2C Operations team, responsible for ensuring an incredible tour experience for B2C customers traveling in the US and Canada. You will work on tours within both EF Go Ahead, EF Adventures and EF Ultimate Break products. You will need to understand the target customer and product guidelines to ensure we are delivering a high quality and on-budget experience on every departure, that flows well. You will also need to liaise effectively with our suppliers, other operations teams, tour directors, sales and service, and market development teams. You will be responsible for keeping tight deadlines, communicating effectively, building and maintaining supplier relationships, monitoring budget and quality trends, and acting quickly to solve any urgent issues.
