About The Position

Conagra Brands in Fayetteville, AR, proud makers of Hungry Man, Gardein and Evol, is looking for Production Specialist to join our growing team! You will join a team of about 500 employees and work 2nd shift. You will report to a Shift Lead. You will service and operate our mixing equipment to produce Hungry Man, Gardein, Evol products and more. We have a great compensation package, and benefits start at 60 days! You will work in a climate-controlled environment depending on the line that you are assigned to. We will train you on our equipment and processes.
MUST BE ABLE TO READ, WRITE, AND COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH.
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK.

Responsibilities

• Learn multiple roles and file in as production needs
• Learn how to operate a power jack
• Work in SAP to conduct scan inventory property and to ensure recipe compliance
• Keep a clean and organized work area
• Meet cleanup requirements per company or USDA policy
• Complete quality paperwork and receive training on our systems
• Perform each essential duty satisfactorily
