Responsibilities
- Complete line clearance and first piece inspection documentation upon each work order
- Verify all materials and labels match the traveler Understand traveler size/style descriptors and specialty symbols indicative of production requirements
- Perform ongoing quality checks from each tray during production
- Communicate with operators taking over your machine of special customer specifications on the current work order or any quality issues you have encountered throughout the shift
- Notify setup technicians of any quality concerns
- Fill hoppers with components
- Assist with breaks
- Replenish corrugate and packaging materials at each station
- Complete Laminate box count form
- Fill out 32 tray inspection form and perform 100% inspection on given trays
- Perform rework and ensure documentation is accurate and complete
- Review and understand customer packout requirements
