Primary Location: United States (US) - North Dakota - Fargo As a Production Specialist - Cycle Count employee with John Deere in Fargo, ND, you will: Perform warehousing and inventory transactions in a timely and accurate manner. Conduct inventory audits and provide escalations of discrepancies to team members. Job details are dependent on duties assigned but in general consist of the following: Provide initial investigation and feedback to Inventory Analysts for further review as needed. Ensure timely processing of reels and daily cycle counts at all locations. Conduct bin, last time buy and Kanban audits and report issues to Inventory Analysts/Material Coordinators. Manage space allocation in vertical storage units (Kardex). Process return jobs from SMT Lines. Process reels through 'Reel aMounts' and count as needed. Manage restock as needed and input material return information into returns tracker. Assist with last time buy prepping activities. Support FIFO inventory procedures. This is a first shift position. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have at least one of the following:
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC)
At least 3 years of manufacturing work experience
Capable of distinguishing part and quantity numbers, and processing numbers by adding and subtracting.
Ability to perform manual tasks related to described job duties for duration of work shift; including but not limited to frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
Ability and willingness to work potential overtime (including weekends).

Nice To Haves

Current experience as a contingent worker in a similar role at John Deere Fargo demonstrating strong performance and attendance.
Prior experience in an assembly, shipping, receiving, or warehouse role that includes forklift operations experience.
