About The Position

The Production Sorter is responsible for sorting and separating electronic materials for recycling and reuse while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to company safety procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of warehouse or production experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Basic understanding of safety and recycling procedures.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily goals.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Sort and separate electronic components such as circuit boards, hard drives, and cables.
• Identify, label, and properly categorize materials according to company standards.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials in designated areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Report damaged or unsafe materials and follow all safety guidelines.
• Support production goals by working efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
