As a Production Software Engineer for Oracle Health, your role is to provide client-facing technical investigation and issue resolution for your assigned software products. You will be responsible for analyzing client-reported technical issues within a large, mature code base in collaboration with other Production Software Engineers, our aligned Technical Solution Analyst team, IP development engineers, the Product Management team, and client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience troubleshooting and debugging software applications in Java or C#.
• Comfortable navigating Linux servers through the command line.
• Basic familiarity with SQL databases.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using Eclipse.
• Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Experience using Splunk, especially in the context of client-facing technical support.

Responsibilities

• Provide client-facing technical investigation and issue resolution for assigned software products.
• Analyze client-reported technical issues within a large, mature code base.
• Collaborate with other Production Software Engineers, Technical Solution Analyst team, IP development engineers, Product Management team, and client stakeholders.
