This isn’t a “desk job.” You’ll be in the heart of the action—coaching, mentoring, and motivating your team to work safely, produce quality products, and keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

Leadership skills that motivate people and build strong teams.
Change management experience – you know how to lead people through transitions.
Hands-on problem-solving ability – you can think fast and act decisively.
Experience supervising in a manufacturing or similar environment.
Comfort with technology (Microsoft Office, production systems).
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role.
Proven experience in managing production teams and improving manufacturing processes.
Strong understanding of production equipment and technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
Strong change management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Critical thinking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Highly proficient with MS Office
Ability to work 12-hour shifts

Nice To Haves

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field a plus.
SAP experience a plus.
