Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting
• A natural leader who knows how to motivate and develop a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
• Familiarity with manufacturing tools and general equipment maintenance is a plus
• Ability to create and follow structured production processes

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily production operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products
• Managing a team of production workers
• Ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Meeting production targets by assigning tasks
• Monitoring performance and resolving issues within the production environment
• Leading and inspiring a team of production staff to meet and exceed daily goals
• Developing and implementing production plans and schedules for optimal efficiency
• Monitoring operations to ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Providing hands-on training, coaching, and performance feedback
• Assisting with hiring, onboarding, and evaluations for second shift team members
• Assisting with compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and company policies
• Maintaining accurate records and generating production reports
