Responsible for directly interacting with assigned customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through phone and email communication. Supports order processing, customer records, consignment or service shipment paperwork, and escalates complex issues as needed. Maintains professional communication and ensures quality and productivity expectations are met.
