Your Role: In this role you will manufacture or evaluate products according to established protocols, provide technical support to others, and perform operations in group and department.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or other Life Science discipline and 8+ years’ work experience.
- OR
- Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or other Life Science discipline and 5+ years’ work experience.
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment such as hard hats, glasses/goggles, etc.
- Sit, stand, walk, and reach above the shoulder, stop, kneel, twist, crouch, or crawl for the duration of the shift.
- Lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with distillations and separation of solvents.
- Experience with ISO Quality standards and safe chemical handling methods.
- Strong computer skills, mechanical skills, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Safely perform operations to meet quality expectations.
- Ensure quality throughout the process.
- Complete the volume of work required to achieve group/departmental goals and meet deadlines.
- Participate as needed in quality audits.
- In compliance with change control procedures, improve processes through application of scientific knowledge, experience, and principles.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
