Requirements

3+ years of production scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Knowledge of material management, inventory control, and vendor relations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
Confident handling of sensitive company information with discretion.
Proficiency with computer systems and ERP tools.
Commitment to safety practices and continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, administration, or related field (preferred).
Experience in the boating industry is a plus!

Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining production schedules that maximize efficiency and meet deadlines.
Collaborating with internal teams to align materials, inventory, and resources with delivery commitments.
Monitoring daily production results and adjusting schedules to respond to changes in materials, designs, or equipment.
Leveraging ERP and scheduling software to create master schedules and generate insightful reports.
Revising schedules when sales orders shift or constraints arise, ensuring minimal disruption.
Analyzing historical data to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Reporting to leadership on orders, challenges, and production forecasts.
