In this role, you will have the opportunity to generate a detailed production schedule based on the production plan to maximize the use of resources and meet established production specifications and schedules. Each day, you will feed information on production capacity issues and material availability. You will also showcase your expertise by releasing manufacturing work orders.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree and one year of professional work experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Self-driven and result-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative
  • Solution-focused approach and sound decision-making skills, especially under pressure are relevant
  • Resilient and resourceful – it is vital that you able to move forward step by step when facing challenges

  • Experience in a production environment
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Experience with Production Planning in SAP or in another ERP-system

Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining a detailed production schedule from the production plan.
  • Executing daily, plant-level Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) to create and manage production requirements to meet the production delivery schedules.
  • Establishing sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipment dates per the master schedule/plan.
  • Monitoring schedule adherence, identifying key root causes for deviation, and taking follow-up improvement action.
