About The Position
We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in Gainesville, GA to find a Production Scheduler who thrives in fast-paced operations and enjoys turning data into executable production plans.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of production scheduling or planning experience in manufacturing
- Strong ERP/MRP and Excel skills
- Solid understanding of inventory management and plant operations
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
Responsibilities
- Build and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
- Optimize production runs while managing sanitation, allergen controls, and safety standards
- Adjust schedules in real time for downtime, labor, material, or logistics issues
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Quality, Warehouse, Procurement, and Transportation
- Monitor inventory (FG, WIP, raw materials) and support inventory accuracy
- Create reports and dashboards tied to production performance and capacity utilization
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations
