About The Position

Ocean Spray is now hiring Production Resources teammates at the Wisconsin Rapids Processing Plant. The plant sits on 70 Acres and is 295,000 square feet and produces Sweetened Dried Cranberries (Craisins). The Production Resources Days and Nights position is a 12-hour rotating shift from 4am to 4pm or 4pm-4am with rotating weekends off with a starting pay rate of $22.50 plus a shift differential of $1.25 per hour for the night shift. The position is a year-round position, working indoors with three 30-minute paid breaks. Other duties include but are not limited to screening final product to ensure there is no foreign material, creating appropriate documentation; operation of extraction, infusion, filtering, and packaging equipment; and performing quality tests. What We’re Looking For? Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to add and subtract, multiply and divide. Ability to perform these operations using units, weight measurement, volume and distance. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to adhere to all Plant Safety, GMP’s and Operating guidelines and rules. Ability to perform responsibilities for a 12-hour shift and assist on other shifts as assigned. High school diploma or equivalency preferred. Forklift experience preferred.
