About The Position

Providing our clients with exceptional service is the foundation of our business. As a member of the Production team, you'll ensure that our clients receive the products they order in a timely manner.

Requirements

Great attention to detail, organized and able to multitask
Customer service oriented with excellent time-management and troubleshooting skills
Able to work both independently and with a team
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Prepare, scan and quality control documents, exhibits and transcripts to ensure proper order fulfillment per client specifications
Ensure documents are professionally bound and cover sheets are prepared
Prepare shipments for pick-up and ensure they are shipped out timely and accurately
