About The Position

The Production Relief Operator will learn all the jobs in the Department and will fill in when other employees are on vacation, lunch, or break. This role requires the ability to learn quickly and perform multiple tasks simultaneously. The position involves some repetitive lifting of up to 60 lbs, and shifts may last up to 12 hours. The individual must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and flexible with their schedule as it is subject to change. Additional duties may be assigned by the supervisor. Applicants must agree to work according to Good Manufacturing Practices and will undergo a drug test, physical, and background check.
