About The Position

The Production Recruitment Specialist at Cargill will oversee the entire recruiting process for production roles in Waco, Texas. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of related work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Package.
• Availability to attend local outreach events.

• Experience in recruitment marketing and/or outreach.
• Knowledge of HR compliance.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to support production locations' staffing needs through various tactics, including local outreach efforts.
• Partner with Global Human Resources Services and Business Human Resources leaders to create sourcing strategies and recruiting plans based on business needs.
• Utilize internal analytics and metrics to improve recruitment practices and strategies.
• Manage recruiting logistics for trips, coordinate necessary assets for recruiting activities, and lead the relocation process.
• Stay updated on recruiting trends and external practices to ensure effective recruitment.
• Ensure candidates meet compliance with legal and company requirements, including Employment Verification and Background Checks.
• Independently resolve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision.
