About The Position

Build quality from the inside out Imagine stepping into a fast‑paced line where your eye for detail keeps products moving flawlessly. You’ll be the guardian of standards—verifying materials, auditing processes, and equipping teammates with the knowledge to do it right the first time. How you’ll contribute Continuously monitor product and process performance; champion corrective and preventive actions and long‑term countermeasures. Partner across production, engineering, and quality to ensure consistent output and a culture of excellence. Conduct audits on manufacturing lines against approved processes, procedures, and requirements. Inspect incoming, in‑process, and outgoing materials to CelLink and customer Quality/Engineering specifications. Escalate and communicate emerging/trending issues promptly. Lead containment and sorting; run MRB activities when needed. Advance our Quality Management System with documentation, metrics, and feedback loops. Train operators/inspectors on inspection techniques, quality expectations, and rework. Prepare and review Work Instructions, Quality Alerts, and related quality documentation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; college degree or equivalent beneficial.
  • 1+ year of quality inspection experience.
  • Skilled in mechanical inspection and precision metrology (calipers, micrometers, thread gauges).
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office.
  • Resourceful problem solver; enthusiastic about learning.
  • Detail‑oriented organizer who adapts quickly in a start‑up setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative team contributor with a strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

  • ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA familiarity.
  • Lean manufacturing and 5S knowledge.
  • Experience in start‑up environments.
