As an Entry-Level Production Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of products and processes within our manufacturing operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support production, resolve quality issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited college/university (or High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience in manufacturing)
  • This position requires U.S. citizenship status.

  • Prior co-op/internship experience or 2 years of related work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools.
  • Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis.
  • Internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing or quality role.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and tests to verify product quality.
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Participate in Kaizen events and other continuous improvement activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on quality metrics and trends.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to address quality concerns.
  • Support new product introductions and process validations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
