About The Position

The Production Quality & Delivery Supervisor is the final gatekeeper of manufacturing. You will be responsible for the seamless transition of vehicles from the assembly line through testing and repair, ultimately ensuring that every unit meets 100% of our documentation criteria before it reaches the customer. This is a high-visibility role requiring a balance of technical auditing, logistical coordination, and strategic communication with both internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will: Serve as the "Green Light" authority, verifying that all manufacturing build books, torque logs, and compliance certificates are complete and accurate prior to downstream delivery. Ensure all vehicles meet established engineering and safety criteria Oversee the movement of vehicles through critical end-of-line phases Identify and clear hurdles in the repair or testing cycles to maintain a consistent beat rate for delivery Partner with Logistics to schedule transport and with production to prioritize urgent units. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers regarding delivery timelines and unit status. Provide real-time data to production teams to prevent recurring defects found during the testing/repair phase. Act as a key stakeholder in creating and refining standard operating procedures for the delivery and repair pipeline. Collect and analyze data from the delivery flow to suggest structural improvements to the manufacturing process.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive or related industry.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing teams
  • Skilled in organizing daily resources, including cross-functional teams
  • Familiar with manufacturing operational software (MES, JIRA, and Google Workspace)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments, specifically in flow-through or delivery logistics.
