About The Position

Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. is seeking a Production Program/Project/Management Analyst, contingent upon award of the associated work. This position will be based in Patuxent River, Maryland, supporting the PMA-276 USMC Light/Attack Helicopter Program Office. The selected candidate will provide high-level program management and analytical expertise in support of production-related acquisition programs for rotary-wing aircraft. Responsibilities include applying structured program management and analytic techniques to ensure cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met. The analyst will serve as a trusted advisor to Government leadership, tracking production execution and delivering data-driven recommendations to maintain alignment with program and fleet requirements.

Requirements

  • Master of Arts (MA) or Master of Science (MS) degree.
  • Allowable substitution: A Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of additional acquisition-related work experience may be substituted for a Master’s degree.
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Active Secret clearance required.

  • Previous support related to rotary wing production line.

Responsibilities

  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in program/project/production management roles supporting Department of Defense programs.
  • Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
  • Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
  • Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
  • Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
  • Tracks program/project status and schedules.
  • Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
