Northrop Grumman's Defense Systems sector location located in Northridge, CA is currently seeking a Deputy Program Manager 2- Production to support our growing business. We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to support the Senior Program Manager with the management of the Profit and Loss responsibility over $732M+ firm-fixed price U.S. Government funded Advanced Anti-Radiation Guided Missile (AARGM) - Extended Range production portfolio. Ensure delivery of all contractual requirements within budget and schedule, while managing technical requirements and enhancing customer relationships. The selected experience PM will support and at times lead various aspects of the program, coordinate with IPTs for program execution, provide program status and manage issues. The candidate must have the ability to maintain program cadence, oversee the Risk, Issue and Opportunity (RIO) board process, ensuring compliance with company process. The candidate must have demonstrated ability to prepare executive level briefings, support and develop estimate at complete (EAC) packages by working with designated control account managers (CAM's) to ensure accurate labor forecasts and staffing requirements. Responsible for a majority of program's external and internal daily, weekly, and monthly reporting in the form of program management reviews and escalation meetings. The Deputy Program Managers supports all phases of the program life cycle from inception (proposal development) through startup, execution, and completion (contract closeout).
