Job Title Production Processing Associate What does a successful Production Processing Associate do at Fiserv? You will join the team at our 7007 N 97th Street location and receive training on our world class plastic production equipment. You will set up, maintain, and troubleshoot the production machines to produce accurate work on a timely basis. You will cross train in other departments of production and perform other tasks depending on workload.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a variety of production machines to generate personalized credit/debit cards
  • Adapt and multitask as production volume changes without advanced notice
  • Conduct quality checks to verify that the production materials are accurate according to the job order
  • Stage materials after job run for warehouse pickup
  • Cross train to learn the operation of other production equipment

Requirements

  • 6+ months experience working with Fiserv return mail applications and hardware
  • Experience using a computer for data entry
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Ability to perform basic math to support various job responsibilities
  • Ability to stand 95% of your shift and safely lift up to 40 pounds without assistance
  • Must be able to reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel and bend often

Nice-to-haves

  • A high school diploma, equivalent work, or a combination of work, education and military experience
  • 1 year of experience in a fast-paced production environment
  • 1 year of experience in operating production machines
