We’re Looking For A(n): A Production Assistant to assist the Production Supervisor and the production team in the preparation and execution of Ad Creative team video shoots. This hire will also help transfer, and organize video assets after shoots for the post production team. Location: Hybrid (Office in Woodland Hills, CA)

Requirements

High School diploma (required)

Nice To Haves

Strong organizational skills
Strong composition and communication skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Basic Google Docs experience
Knowledge or video production equipment is preferred
Ability to organize and multitask
Have a demonstrated interest in OR professional experience with some kind of filmed entertainment
1 year of production experience
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

Assist Producers/Directors in preparing for upcoming shoots.
Pull, view and log/transcribe video assets as needed.
Update various spreadsheets.
Ensure video exports are uploaded to the proper editshare folder.
Duplicate and tag videos into Google drive.
Create and distribute maps.
Print and distribute daily paperwork (e.g. scripts, call sheets).
Organize catering for the film crew and actors.
Run errands as an assignee.
Organize and transfer video assets.
