Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Proven steady work history
  • Comfortable working in moderate to hot temperatures, with potential exposure to chemicals and fumes
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Able to stand and walk for 8+ hours a day
  • Proficient in reading and writing in English
  • Must pass a 4-panel drug screen and a 7-year background check
  • GED or High School Diploma required

Responsibilities

  • Screen Room Staff: Prepare, rinse, reclaim, and mesh screens; ensure accurate counts, labeling, and organized storage. Scrape, clean, and return inks/tools; maintain cleanliness and safety across all stations. Inspect screens for defects, apply corrective measures, and complete tech sheets. Tape screens per job aids, prioritize by request dates, and verify quality standards.
  • Folding Staff: Operate and maintain automatic folding machines, including setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting. Inspect garments for quality, ensuring only defect-free products move forward. Record production data and report issues to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and support smooth workflow. Cross train in other areas as needed
  • Embroidery Operator in Training: Verify materials and work orders for accuracy. Prepare and program embroidery machines, including threading and color sequencing. Hoop garments, load machines, and monitor operations, making adjustments as needed. Perform quality checks, remove excess materials, and complete sew-outs for new designs. Document production details and package finished orders accurately.
