About The Position

Operates, maintains, and troubleshoots manufacturing machinery to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production of safe legal product(s) for consumption.

Requirements

• Minimum HS diploma with 1 year’s production plant experience is preferred.
• Ability to remain at workstation for prolonged periods
• Written communication skills to complete reports
• Ability to manipulate buttons, levers and dials to operate machinery
• Attentiveness to detail to spot flaws in products or problems with equipment
• Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot
• Ability to move materials or finished goods from one location to another

Responsibilities

• To assemble, test, and package products, conduct routine maintenance, and maintain accurate production documentation in accordance with company protocols.
• Set up, calibrate, and adjust production equipment.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date production logs, reports, and inventory records.
• Staying up-to-date with efficient methods of production and equipment maintenance procedures.
• Follow all manufacturing equipment and manufacturing area are clean, documentation updated and meets GMP standards.
• Continually help to enhance and/or develop, implement, execute, and enforce procedures or systems that will improve the overall operations and effectiveness of manufacturing while maintain regulatory compliance.
• Work with the maintenance department to ensure completion of preventative maintenance, calibration, repairs, modifications, and fabrication of equipment in your area.

Benefits

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,200 - $90,200.
