Assist production staff and administration with various tasks associated to the operation including tracking, scheduling and coordinating delivery and offloading of raw material trucks and railcars.

Maintain records and documentation.
Schedule and coordinate delivery and offloading of raw material trucks and railcars.
Receive all materials for BOM’s in INFOR & Marcotte (ERP systems).
Processing of production orders.
Cycle counting activities including researching variances and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
Coordinate purchasing and delivery schedules with vendors.
Processing of non-conforming materials and processing NCR’s.
Coordinate shuttling of raw material to and from offsite warehouses.
Data entry tasks of production records.
Creation and updating of work instructions and process documents.
Ordering/Management of consumable items including Fastenal machines.
Continuous improvement projects and tasks as assigned.
Other projects and tasks as assigned.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Sound communication skills and excellent problem-solving ability.
Possess skills required to improvise and adapt where needed.
Technical Degree or Associates degree preferred.
3-5 years Logistics, Purchasing or Transportation experience preferred.
