About The Position

As a Production Planning Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by planning and scheduling of production work centers, monitoring work center output to meet customer requirements and improve work center operational efficiency. You will work closely with the business to understand customer requirements and forecasts, and collaborate with the manufacturing team, value stream leadership, and Supply Planners to prioritize and resolve supply constraints. Additionally, you will manage capacity, execute production planning standard work, and lead Continuous Improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Two (2) years combined experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, and/or manufacturing.
  • Experience with SAP ERP Software.
  • Strong data mining, data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Suite experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and self-motivational skills.
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Operations Management, and/or Business Analytics.
  • ASCM (APICS) CPIM certification.
  • Experience in Production Planning.
  • Knowledge of Supply Planning (SP), Demand Planning (DP), and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
  • Experience utilizing Lean and Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and scheduling of production work centers.
  • Monitoring work center output to meet customer requirements and improve operational efficiency.
  • Communicating with Production Planning, Lean Value Stream, and Operations Team members.
  • Understanding customer requirements and forecasts.
  • Prioritizing and resolving supply constraints.
  • Optimizing and maintaining production lot sizes, cycles, and safety stocks.
  • Managing capacity and resolving production constraints.
  • Executing production planning standard work utilizing supply chain tools.
  • Providing planning analysis to support data-driven decision making.
  • Leading and participating in Continuous Improvement projects.
