RayzeBio is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Radiopharmaceutical Planner to join our on-site team in Indianapolis, IN. This entry-level role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and compliant production and distribution of radiopharmaceuticals for our clinical trials. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to manage complex supply chain processes, and demonstrate independent, agile problem-solving. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail and exceptional multitasking abilities, as the position requires managing a variety of administrative responsibilities across several processes. Key duties include resolving outstanding issues, closing process gaps, and collaborating closely with Clinical Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure medication delivery timelines are met.   • Monitor dose order form submission
  • Create and submit manufacturing orders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production and delivery of radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Ensure the timely processing of calibration sample orders by working closely with Radiochemistry and Logistics teams.
  • Monitor and track RAM (Radioactive Material) license status, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee supply chain management for Radioactive drug, including production capabilities, and coordination with Quality and Logistics teams.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and documentation for all orders and processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Implement project management tools and best practices for tracking progress, reporting, and documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a scientific discipline) is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Concise communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Love for complex systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
