This role is responsible for developing and maintaining daily, weekly, and long-range production schedules that align with customer orders, material availability, and manufacturing capacity. The Production Planner/Scheduler works closely with operations, purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure materials and resources are available to meet production goals. They use ERP systems to create and manage work orders, track progress, and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and on-time delivery. This position also monitors production performance, identifies potential bottlenecks or shortages, and communicates proactively to keep stakeholders informed. A successful candidate will balance attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture-maintaining flow, minimizing downtime, and supporting company objectives for productivity and customer satisfaction.
